MOUNT LONGONOT NATIONAL PARK


Mount Longonot national park is 90km from Nairobi and lies in the Rift Valley Province. Mount Longonot national park is a home to over 427 species of birds and some animals and its 52 square kilometers in size, 2,776m above sea level. It takes 5 hours to hike to the Peak.

Animals in this park include:  buffaloes, elands, lion, leopard, Bushbucks, zebra, giraffe, grant gazelles, antelopes, Buffalos and Impalas
