LAKE NATRON


Lake Natron is a salt lake located in northern Tanzania, close to the Kenyan border, northeast of the Ngorongoro Crater Lake, in the eastern branch of the East African Rift. The high temperature and the high and very variable salt content of the lake do not support wildlife. It’s an important habitat for flamingos. Lake Natron is a soda lake
