ARUSHA MUSEUM
Arusha Museum is in Arusha city in Kaloleni area in Tanzania.The exhibitions in this museum show the pre-colonial period, influence of the foreign interaction, before colonial rule, independence, economic and political changes among others.  

 

NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM OF TANZANIA
The Natural History Museum is located on Boma road Arusha Tanzania. The main focus of this museum is the evolution of Man Kind. With in this museum you can also get to know more about natural science research, the discovery of fossils found within the Olduvai Gorge. It also shows Tanzania's colonial history and its struggle for independence. You can visit it on a daily basis

 

NATIONAL HOUSE OF CULTURE
The Museum and House of culture is located in Dar es Salaam along Shaaban Robert Street. When you visit this museum you get to see Human Evolution, the cultures of Tanzania, the history of Tanzania Biology and much more.

 

VILLAGE MUSEUM
The Village museum is located in Dar es Salaam along Ali Hassan Mwinyi road, Makaburi Street/New Bagamoyo Raod. In this museum you will get to know about the Tanzania History, see crafts, traditional dances and much more. You can visit the museum daily

 

ARUSHA DECLARATION MUSEUM
The Arusha Declaration Museum is located in Northern Arusha along Kaloleni Street. It houses exhibits the policy of self-reliance, the struggle for independence, the colonial history and the political development of Tanzania. The museum can be visited on a daily basis.

 

MWALIMU JULIUS K NYERERE MUSEUM
The Mwalimu Julius K Nyerere Museum is in Mara region in Butiama, Dar es Salaam. When you visit this museum you get to know more about the political life, struggle and history of Julius Nyerere who was the first president of Tanzania and died on 14th October 1999

 

ARUSHA CULTURAL HERITAGE CENTRE
The Cultural Heritage Center is located in the outskirts of Arusha. In this cultural heritage centre you will get to see crafts and artifacts from many tribes in Africa, masks, curio shops, traditional weapons, drum, and shield and spear(with traditional meanings),  jewellery boutique wood carvings. It’s a good place for souvenirs.

MESERANI SNAKE PARK
Meserani Snake Park is located in the Western part of Arusha about 25 kms on the road to Ngorongoro and Serengeti National Parks. It’s a site for seeing and learning about some of the world's deadliest snakes. The snakes here include Black Mamba, black and red spitting cobras, the African Python, cobras and boomslangs. Other reptiles include monitor lizards, chameleons and crocodiles.

 

MASAI CULTURAL MUSEUM
The Maasai Cultural Museum is located with in the Meserani Snake Park area, Arusha, Tanzania. It’s mainly centered on the Masai culture. When you visit you get to know more about the Masai culture. You can visit on the daily basis
